Step by step
Sign in to bizfile Online
Log in, or create a free account if this is your first time.
Find your business
Click My Records on the left, open your business, and choose File Statement of Information. Can't find your business in My Records? Your bizfile account may not have access yet, for example if a formation service or lawyer filed for you. Click Search, look up your entity number, open your business, and request access (bizfile's Account Access Guide explains how). Request it well before your due date.
Check your details
Confirm your addresses, your managers (or members, if there are no managers) or officers, and your agent for service of process. If nothing changed, keep what's there.
Pay the $20 (LLC) or $25 (corporation) fee
Click File Online and pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Save the filed copy
Download the PDF once it's approved, then upload it in Documents so it's on file.
